I bought my first car here last week. I was nervous doing it and had my brother with me for help. However, Bill and Marty were helpful every step of the way, explaining the process of things, checking in on me. I got a 2018 Ford Escape from them and the dial for the radio wasn't working. They ordered a replacement and fixed it up for me. When I had brought up a silly concern such as there being no heat, they even worked on that, too, since it was as silly and simple as needing coolant/anti-freeze. I highly recommend them!
