If you’re looking for your next vehicle Lugoff Ford is where you wanna go. Randy Taylor is one of the sales associate who helped me pick out my next car and he was amazing. His energy plus his uplifting jokes was nice as well. I honestly walked in thinking I might not be able to purchase but all Randy kept saying was “you’re driving away from here today happy”. Most sales associate only care about making their money but not Randy he made sure my experience was wonderful there. The rest of the team was amazing as well their prices are very affordable also I absolutely love my car. Thank you Randy so much for making my year much better.
Ren and Joe were fabulous to work with. Super friendly, not pushy, and willing and able to answer all my (many) questions. It was my first time buying a new car and a had a really good experience. I was nervous and they made sure I wasnt stressed throughout the process. They helped me find the Bronco Sport I wanted and I couldn't be happier!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmoshere was great. I was greeted as soon as walked in. I went there looking for a vehicle and left with one that was beyond my expectations. Justin was excellent. He was super nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me (I was a bit picky). He didn't give up until he found the right vehicle for me.
