2011 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab

My overall experience here was a 10/10. It didn’t take them really long to get me an offer and to get me in a vehicle. The whole staff made me feel comfortable during my visit. I loved how they looked out for me despite me coming straight in from having a baby. My salesperson was Rita Elder; she was the sweetest person ever she helped me a lot and stayed in contact with me throughout my purchase.

June 2020: We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, after searching for some months. Blackmon Chevrolet posted a listing for the vehicle after it had just got traded in. It was a local driven, 1-owner vehicle. The vehicle had great mileage for it's age and was priced way lower than other local dealerships selling the same car. The vehicle also came with a FREE Lifetime Warranty on the Engine/Transmission. The purchasing process was smooth and was the quickest experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I believe we were done in less than 45 min! Everyone was welcoming, and never gave us any issues. November 2023: The engine in my car needed to be replaced after some internal issues. I took my vehicle to Blackmon and they recommended that I go to the manufacturer dealership that was highly skilled to perform major repairs. After taking the vehicle to the manufacturer authorized dealership, we contacted the warranty company and everything was handled from that one call, including the service bill! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Blackmon, I would highly recommend it! The FREE Lifetime Warranty is not a gimmick and it will definitely pay for it self in the future. Blackmon is definitely one of the best dealerships in Tupelo, Mississippi and you will not be disappointed. After almost 4 years later, I am still a satisfied customer!

Very impressed with this dealership. We are not local but found a vehicle we were interested in and D was extremely helpful and responsive. We contacted several dealerships and many of them didn't even return our phone calls. Would highly recommend this dealership, and salesperson D and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if we are in need of a new or pre-owned vehicle.
