Mike is awesome. Patient, honest, and very helpful. Of all the places I went car shopping…no one compares. Every dealership I went to was hiding car problems, lying, overpriced, etc. I know Mike went above and beyond. What some would consider bending the rules. In my favor! My husband bought a camero from a private party in Colorado with Texas United Auto as the previous owner. When he tried to register the car, turns out the title wasn't good or even real. He called TUA and talked to Mike who was very helpful on steps to take from here on out. It is definitely beneficial to by a car from a dealer to avoid these kind of issues, but we were very impressed with the kindness, sympathy and information we got from Mike.
