I had an issue with my shocks seeping, while my vehicle was still under warranty. I did not have a good experience with the assistant manager, but the Fleet Advisor, Wayne Thomas spoke with the head manager and they were able to replace both shocks. I appreciated Wayne advocating for me and my vehicle. My buying experience at Garnet Ford was smooth and I feel confident that should I have any issues in the future, they will be addressed and rectified without hesitation.
