I had a scheduling issue with my initial appointment, but I was contacted by Derick, service manager, the very same day. He went above and beyond to get my car in for repair, even offered to come get my vehicle. He was willing to do whatever I needed, to let me know my initial issue was not the typical way they treat their customers. He made me feel that customer service was a top priority for them.

I was honestly not going to use this dealership because I had issues in the past with the service department.
