2016 Ford Mustang V6 Coupe

I dont know where to begin. I've been in sales for many decades. I've been on both ends of the sales process. I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but this time is much needed. People are really quick to write a negative experience, but rarely take the time to write about a good one. So, here it goes... I had unexpected car problems with my commuter. I had a really bad week and this was the last thing I needed. Long story short I needed to replace my commuter. After visiting a couple of lots in Salinas, Watsonville and Gilroy, luckily I ended up at KB used auto sales. The gentlemen there were a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or douchey if you know what I mean. The owner showed me the cars and the son handled the rest. I have to say, the young buck was a pleasure to work with. One of the most modest and humble young men I've encountered. Great things are ahead for him for sure. After a couple of days of negotiations, we landed on a deal we were both comfortable with. The car I purchased was older but had really low miles.. I mean really low and only 1 previous owner. They have a great selection of cars, some beat up ones (more than likely trade ins). If your looking for a used car, give them a look.. you wont regret it.

I have bought a car here and recently sold a car at KB Dealership. Both times the owner(s) were professional and easy going. They do not apply pressure on buying a car and they are honest about their vehicles. During COVID: They sanitize their office between customers, pens, chairs and door knobs etc are all cleaned before I entered. Thankyou for the great service and cleanliness!
