Me and my parents had a great experience buying my first car with VS Express Auto. Cecilia and Najva especially were so helpful and communicative. One thing is, do not try to communicate with them by email, just call them or talk to them in person. I think our emails got lost somehow because they didn't reply to all of them; but when we called them, Cecilia helped us work through the cost and process so quickly and efficiently we ended up buying the car the same day! Check out the car thoroughly before buying to make sure it is what you want, but if it is this is a reliable and genuine dealer. They don't add on $2000 of extra fees like "repurposing costs" like some other shady dealers, just simple document processing fee and a few small costs. They are very kind and real people. They even made sure to clean the car while we were signing the documents so it was clean and ready to go by the time we left. I am very impressed with their service. Love the people and love my car!!!

When you’ve only purchased cars from huge corporate owned lots it’s easy to look down on or even dismiss small locally owned shops. After all most small used car lots have terrible reputations. The salesmen are dishonest and the cars are filthy and junked out. But VS Express Auto isn’t your typical small shop. This place is great! Yes, I was a little nervous driving over the railroad tracks into an industrial area and to a metal building surrounded by body shops. But then I went inside and met Najva. She is a delight! She had the Nissan Rouge pulled out and ready to test drive. It was exactly as described online. It was so clean inside and out it looked brand new. She made the test drive super easy. There was never any pressure to buy. When it came time to purchase, she made that easy too. The pricing was fair and very transparent. There were no added fees or any surprises. We were in and out of her office within 30 minutes. 4 months into our ownership I am still very pleased. Plates and title were mailed on time and the car still runs great. BOTTOMLINE- VS Express Auto may not look like much but don’t let that fool you. Their cars are in great shape, prices are good and the experience is great! Will buy again!
