It was great experience working with Jim Buerke Lincoln Dealership. Their customer focus, end to end support and willingness to work with my needs was refreshing. I switched from Hyundai to Lincoln. I know Hyundai makes good cars however dealership experience made me switch over. I got a deal on my Hyundai Palisade that was better than what I got from Hyundai's own dealership, no mark ups like you see on their cars. What I saw with Lincoln and Jim Buerke dealership was a great car backed up with exceptional customer service from the dealer. Perfect recipe for customer experience. My beautiful 2024 Nautilus was ready in a specific location inside the dealership location, I was oriented to my new car and was released after. Unlike my previous dealership experiences I was not asked by anyone on the team to give them a good rating because it's important to them. I felt valued as customer after switching to Lincoln and Jim Buerke. From Frank who was the sales manager and to their senior management they all gave me focus and attention and this feedback is a reflection of how I really felt as a Lincoln Customer!! Keep it up Jim Buerke!!
