Talked to Mike on the phone on Friday about the Truck I wanted, rolled up on Saturday morning and was out of there by lunch time. Dealer did a great job communicating throughout the whole process. We drove 5 hours total to buy a vehicle from Ford of Columbia and I will definitely be going back whenever we’re ready for another vehicle. Michale Baker was our sales guy and his was truly amazing. Great communication answered all of our questions. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We had a slight issue with our vehicle after having it for two week. He communicated to service manger(Will) who was able to fix our issue with no charge. Not to mention they drove 2.5 hours(one way) to my house to pick up my vehicle to take to the dealership and bring me a loaner vehicle to drive while they fixed it. I had my vehicle back to me and fixed all under 48 hours. The staff here definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
