Ricky and the whole Tracy ford service crew is amazing. I have a fleet of trucks to maintain and have had some horrible experiences at dealers that are closer to me (I live in brentwood) they make the extra drive time out to Tracy worth it. To make it even better they have dropped off and picked up a few trucks while I was out of town and unable to make it out there. Not only has the customer service been great but the repairs were done proper and clean everytime. I’ve had some other experiences at local dealers where they “repaired” leaks but didn’t both to clean any of the residual oil or Transfer case fluid.

Tracy Ford is the best service I had ever experienced and Christian is hands down the best service advisor I had a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I had an extensive and pricey 100k service to be done on my F-150 and Christian handled it perfectly. He made sure everything was checked and done on time. He was very transparent with the pricing and quote for service making sure I understood all repairs being done I'm paying for. I'm very picky about servicing my cars and Christian and his team executed everything perfectly. I couldn't ask for more! Also it was a very first time I used their car pickup service when Ford takes your car from home, service it, and delivers back after the service to your home. Everything went super smooth and it really felt like premium car service. Couldn't be more happier with Tracy Ford and I will definitely be back for the next service.
