My recent visit at Lynch was pleasant. The service department was very helpful. Dan Porth helped me out with an issue that I have with my Buick. He was knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best way to take care of my issue. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. They also offer you a ride somewhere if you need it. That is nice. I believe they'll pick you up also when your car is done. Good experience!
After visiting two other dealerships in Illinois that tried to scam up by misstating the sticker price and adding $3k “services” that we didn’t want, such as fabric protection or LoJack, we were hunting for a dealer that liked doing business with its customers and treated them with respect. Boy did we find the right dealer at Lynch Buick. It was a two hour drive to get there but totally worth it. Our sales person Steve was knowledgeable and friendly and had totally prepared for our visit, even though we hadn’t yet committed to the sale. The finance person Patty stayed late and did extra work to take care of the more complicated state-to-state sale to get us back to Illinois, and she beat the finance rate we already had. They even worked to match prices from other Illinois dealers even though they’d already listed the car below sticker price. We are really happy we got to work with smart people to close a sale rather than fighting those other dealers to avoid a scam. So happy we came across Lynch! And so happy we decided on the Buick! We ended the day with a really nice dinner in West Bend and a great drive home.
Called to make a oil change and they were able to get me in within a half hour. Very clean waiting area with coffee, really nice. Chad in service was very helpful. While walking the lot I ran into salesman Cesar who was very nice and showed me a couple of vehicles. Cesar was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. I highly recommend Cesar if you need a new or used car, great guy. The General Manger Taylor even came out to say hello and see how my experience was. They finished my car quickly and even washed it for me. I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales. To top it all off the front desk Lady (I think Lorraine??) eve offered me a mint!! ????????
