I purchased a vehicle last week at Hope Auto Group and the experience was phenomenal. The office was clean, the staff was very courteous, and I truly had two of the most professional and knowledgeable sales people help me make the right decision. When I walked in I met Joseph. He asked me a few qualifying questions to see what I needed and then let me see their inventory. I was then introduced to my sales person Jose Vasquez. Jose answered all my questions and even informed me with information about the vehicle I hadn't thought of which turned out to be very helpful.
