2015 Ford Mustang GT Coupe Premium

Very impressed with how smooth everything went. I recently bought a Ford vehicle and was looking to get my car serviced. Right as I pulled into Banner, Mr. Scott greeted me and took down all my information. My car was done within an hour. Will definitely be returning when I need to get another service on my vehicle. 10/10 recommend!

I have been a loyal customer at this Ford dealership for my vehicle's oil changes and service issues, and my experiences have been positive. I wanted to give them a 5-star rating. However, I recently had a phone experience that left me frustrated. I called to discuss a specific service need and requested the service advisor to review my vehicle's history on their system. After being put on hold for about 7-8 minutes, I assumed the advisor was diligently checking my records to provide the best service advice. Unfortunately, the call was transferred to voicemail unexpectedly, and my subsequent attempts to reach them only led to more voicemails. This situation was quite disheartening, as it deviated from the high standard of service I expected from them.

I purchased my second vehicle from Banner Chevrolet and it was the best decision I made. Myron was excellent with his dedication and willingness to assist me. I love the folks here because they are caring, willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The finance manager Rick was amazing when I walked I to his office he was welled prepared to sit with me and go over the documents. He was very thorough with me. Myron and Rick were the best duo to have! Thank you guys for making me and family happy the second time around!
