Alex was very helpful and he got all of my issues taken care of. Not to mention I was able to use all of my Ford points to get brand new tires for only 240 bucks. Those points were about to expire, so I’m very happy

Just would like to share my experience at prosper Ford dealership first off when I pulled in I was greeted immediately. It was a nice clean service area. Everybody was very polite and I enjoyed my service advisor. He was down to earth and made me feel super comfortable about leaving my car there, when I received the update on my car, it was a great review to receive online. When we communicated he was very professional down to earth and just an over all around great service advisor so shout out to Loren my car was delivered by Jim he was very professional and kind and it was a great experience. I just can't say enough about Lauren he really took the time to make sure that everything was taken care of on my car, they made it as easy as possible, and it was very convenient. I have been to several Ford dealerships purchase several vehicles and had them service at several different dealerships around DFW I have been looking for a Ford dealership that I can feel comfortable taking my vehicle to. I just purchased a brand new2024 Mustang and it means a lot to me to have a dealership That I feel comfortable, leaving my vehicle with and know that It will Maintain And taken care of, but I'm also looking for a Dealership that has people that are courteous and treats their customers well. I found that at prosper Ford that will be my new Ford dealership to service my new Mustang it was convenient easy to get to Great Experience . I would definitely recommend The next time you're looking to shop for a Ford or have your Ford serviced try prosper Ford I think you'll be happy with it. I was. And shout out to Loren and the Service Department that worked on my car. He did a great job and I'm happy. It's always nice when you can say those words when leaving a dealership so definitely drop by prosper Ford
