The staff there was very friendly. Not pushy. Got a decent deal. Lucinda my sales person was very helpful. The manager Rene also very accommodating. And my financial manager was super nice as well. Even 2 of the other guys helped out putting my front tag on my other BMW. (I moved from another state recently) I will return here! Edit: so they moved to a brand new building. It’s very beautiful. Brought my car in to get checked out. The guy in the service department told me it would not be until September they could fit me in! Kind of had a bit of an attitude and did not really want to help. However the mechanic was able to fit me in especially when I told him I could leave my car for 2 weeks. Thank you to the mechanic but that service guy at the desk I wasn’t too happy with………

I had an outstanding experience at the Bert Ogden BMW service center thanks to Rafael. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the service process, and made sure everything was completed on time. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely goes the extra mile, but Rafael certainly did. I highly recommend asking for Rafael if you’re bringing your BMW in for service—he’s exceptional!
