Overall I had a really good experience buying my pre-owned Bronco from this dealer. My sales consultant, Ivas Jabrou, was very responsive and helpful. He gave me the facts, answered all my questions, was very friendly and professional, and I never felt any pressure to buy. The sales manager, Zaid Namuk, was also super friendly and easy to work with during negotiations. They both kept me busy discussing the features of my vehicle while we waited for financing to prepare our file. The finance manager, Mike Bell, was also easygoing and thorough in his responses to our questions. We were the last clients of the day and he didn't rush us, but perhaps he was rushing himself because he forgot to have us sign the title. We had to drive back there (an hour each way) the next day to sign it. While that wasn't ideal, Ivas was very apologetic and we used the opportunity to visit a restaurant in the area. And really, no one is perfect all the time so I'm not even upset with the finance manager for overlooking it. I'd definitely recommend buying from this crew at Dean Sellers. They'll take good care of you.

Great experience with the body shop. Did an excellent job repairing my rear bumper and driver's side door sill. It looks fantastic. To top it off, they washed my car and put shine on my tires. Totally exceeded my expectations. Rob Tierney was the best. Would return in a minute for collision needs.

I want to leave a review of this dealership, and this is our story. We just purchased, (leasing), a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and so far, we couldn't be happier with our purchase! This was our very first time to a Ford dealership since my husband has always been a "Chevy man" and refused any other than Chevy. We had an appointment with a Chevy dealer and got to our appointment on time, and Mr. ------- walked up to us with no smile and no handshake and took us into his office to discuss what we were looking for. I knew the minute we first met him that "he" was not the right fit for us, and we would not feel comfortable doing business with him and couldn't wait to get out. He showed us a couple SUV's and then we told him we'd like time to have coffee and discuss it before we made any decision one way or the other. So, we left, knowing we wouldn't be back. Once we got in the car, I told my husband that, "I guess we are stuck buying Chevy!" Much to my surprise, he agreed that we could go a few doors down to Dean Seller's. To make a long story short and to the point of this review, Joe was VERY personable, and we were comfortable with him from the start. HE smiled AND shook our hands! We told him what we were looking for and he could relate since he went camping too and told us of some campgrounds, and then suggested what we would need to pull a small sized trailer that we hope to purchase in the future. We felt NO pressure at all! He wasn't forceful and listened carefully to our wants and needs. When we first got there, before Joe even met with us, we had our eye on a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so we went to look at that one first. We did end up purchasing the Jeep and Joe walked us through the whole process, from beginning to end, seamlessly! We got to sit in the Jeep while he was busy tying up all the paperwork. He explained some of the bells and whistles on it and answered our questions. We never felt rushed. And, not to leave out the finance man, (Mike), he was very friendly through the whole process, and we never felt like he was trying to oversell us on anything. ALL this to say...our experience with Dean Sellers was OUTSTANDING! Will we be doing business with them again when need be? That is a strong YES! Thank you, Dean Seller's, and in particular Joe and Mike mentioned above.
