I’m grateful with all the people involved in solving a misunderstanding we had at the beginning with the car I purchased.. First, Michael, this young man was super honest during all the process, he was fighting to make me feel appreciated and happy as a customer and satisfied with my purchase even when he had to recognize that something went wrong at the beginning and he did it. The manager that definitely showed support during the process and lastly I would like to say thank you to Mitch, the finance manager because he made me feel very good and safe during the last part of the process, Signing the contact and explaining me everything I needed to know. I think they are amazing assets for this company. I have to say I’m happy and satisfied with my new Nissan Rogue. I would recommend them 100% if you’re thinking about buying a new car.
