I was looking for a used car and Mike and Nick were very friendly and professional. They showed me the vehicle I was interested in and worked with me to get a reasonable price. I was very happily surprised at the ease with which I was able to purchase my new car at Xdrive Auto Sales. I found their dealership via CarFax when I searched for vehicles to look at. I had had my heart set on a Buick Enclave, and I found my perfect one at Xdrive. It’s a 2011, so my boyfriend and I were expecting to have a lot of apparent wear and tear. We were totally wrong. While there were a couple *very minor* cosmetic flaws, one really had to be searching for something to find them. Our test drive lasted for about an hour, and Jay was happy to answer any questions whatsoever. It was 5:30pm on the Friday before a busy, holiday weekend, and I made the decision to purchase the Enclave about two minutes too late for my credit union to finish the sale. Knowing that we had driven from Lansing, Jay agreed to hold the car until Tuesday, so that my loan officer could get the paperwork processed without me needing to worry that the car would be sold to someone else first. We picked up my beautiful new car Tuesday night, and I honestly could not be more ecstatic about our purchase. They are honest, and their top ratings with Car Gurus & CarFax are shining examples of Xdrive’s high standards. We will happily make the drive back for any vehicle servicing we need, and will most definitely be back when we need to purchase another vehicle. Highly recommend. ??????????
