I have been dealing with dealerships in different states for many decades and I can say this place is honest and does honest work. When you are buying cars that are 15 to 20 years old you have to have a realistic expectation that something could go wrong. This place honors their warranty and does their best to make things right. That's really all you can ask for.
I bought a 2005 Ford Ranger from Michael’s Used Auto Sales in August 2023. I was pleasantly surprised that the 18 year old truck came with a 30 day warranty. I was even more pleasantly surprised with how they honored that agreement by fixing the air conditioner fan when it had a problem after the sale. We made an appointment to look at it, and they fixed it the same day that I dropped it off. The truck and A/C runs great.
