This past week, I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer. John, the owner, was phenomenal. No run around and very honest about the situation pertaining to the Ford. I found the issue would easily be resolved, but it should affect the price. Instead, John met me in the middle. The situation was resolved. It was one of the best interactions I've ever encountered buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend giving Pinnacle Investment a chance. Thanks again, John!

In today’s world it’s hard to find a business that is honest and straight up. This company is just that. I’m 78 years old and have never bought a vehicle sight unseen. I did with John and I must say it was exactly as described. And the info and follow thru was excellent. Very impressive.

I came to Pinnacle with my mom after not having much luck finding a car in my budget. John listened to all the things I was looking for in a car and gave me several options I was interested in. I ended up choosing a 2012 Volvo and was extremely happy with it. Less than a week after my purchase there was a fluke issue with it that was possibly unrepairable (an issue that couldn’t have been seen when it was inspected) . I was super heartbroken because I was so happy with this car and I knew that I signed all the paperwork buying it as is. The same day they discovered the issue and the shop called John, he offered to trade in the Volvo for a car or equal value even though he didn’t have to. Me and my family are greatly appreciative of this kind gesture because it saved us a lot of stress and I was even able to drive to work in my Chevy HHR the next morning. While I was initially disappointed about the Volvo the Chevy is an equally great car and I’ve really enjoyed driving it so far. I’ve already told a handful of people about this place, and I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a reasonably priced car and a trustworthy salesman!
