We purchased our 2024 Buick Enclave at # 1 Cochran. The first person that greeted me was Donna at the front desk. She was very helpful and kind. Erik was great, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his low pressure approach to the sale. He was patient in answering all my questions. Jo Jo was very helpful with a title change that needed to be corrected. And lastly Bryan in service was very helpful in answering our questions and providing updates at our last service appointment for an oil change and installation of a hitch for future trips. Great team at Cochran and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these folks.

Great service! Reasonable cost and timely efficient. They also send a video update of your vehicle with the name of who is working on it so you feel safe leaving your vehicle in their hands. I also leave miscellaneous stuff in the car and nothing is ever placed differently which has always been a fear of mine. My boyfriend took the car for me and found the cafe convenient during the wait. Would recommend anyone to take their car here.

Best car buying experience ever! I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website and sent an inquiry. I specifically asked not to be called because most times I am unable to hear my phone at work. I asked them to please communicate via text and they did just that. I did that at another dealer and my phone rang immediately. I texted with Mike, the sales manager, and he was awesome. After work we spoke about coming in the next day to sign. The next day i met Mike and he had me speak with Sean, their truck specialist, and he walked us through everything with my new truck. and helped get us set up with the GMC app.. After that, we met with Vinnie from finance, who had everything ready, and we were off!!! Great people, very organized, and are definitely all about customer satisfaction! I never write reviews, but these people earned it!
