Reggie and staff were just a pleasure to be serviced by. Although a transmission issue on such a very new vehicle is concerning. I would like to also thank the warranty department for honoring a warranty that I could've missed by 400+ miles. Your location went over and beyond to ensure I had low cost to me and I left happy.
It took longer than I had hoped or expected to resolve the issue; nevertheless, at this point I'm satisfied that the issue is seemingly resolved. Also, Reggie at the service desk was awesome. He was very professional, polite, respectful, accommodating, and communicated exceptionally well.
