Arrived on time and I was immediately greeted by the service writer which I believe his name was Cole. A young man who I've had extremely good interactions with on my prior visits to Crossroads Nissan. My car was completed in a timely manner and Cole notified me immediately. We completed the paperwork and to my surprise the amount payable was extremely affordable. I am very pleased with the overall service department but especially appreciative to Cole. He's a proactive employee who generally appears to be detailed and customer service oriented. Thanks

Had a great experience getting my car serviced here. All the staff members were nice and friendly, especially Cole. He was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Thoroughly answered any questions I had, did not make me feel rushed in any way, and provided excellent customer service. The service was completed on time and my car is back to running smoothly.

The tech, Cole called me first thing in the morning to touch base and confirm the services I needed as this was a night drop. He was very kind and seemed like he truly cared. He later called to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. The service met all of my expectations and more!
