2018 Ford Focus Sedan SEL

I truly had a wonderful experience here at Kia of Chamblee. I was referred to this location from another and upon arrival I was greeted with care and concern which was displayed throughout my visit to the completion of my visit. Ms. Doreen was so personable and kind to me. And to my pleasant surprise, one of the female techs (who wears the blue shirts, not quite sure of her title) actually hand washed my vehicle. All in all my visit was absolutely the best last minute oil change visit I’ve had in a long time, in fact I will be a regular customer from now on. ????

My recent experience went way beyond any expectations I had! Everyone was courteous and helpful. The communication was exceptional. Doreen English was amazing! She truly made me feel as though my business was valued. She even thanked me via text and phone call to thank me for my business. I’ve been telling all my friends what a great experience I had.

I have purchased several cars in the past but never had such great service and help as I did today from Jonathan Bradley. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and was able to make it all happen with the purchase of my new Kia Sportage which I left with in less than 4 hours he was great !!!!!!
