As someone who has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience, my experience with 2EZ Auto Sales was top ranked. Yaz and Steve (pictured) were beyond helpful. I purchased a beautiful 2011 BMW X5 35i. I have been ALL OVER Indianapolis looking at vehicles. When i first came to look at the vehicle, there was an issue with the heater not working. IMMEDIATELY, Yaz said he would fix it and wouldn’t even let me drive the vehicle until they did. Steve called me later that day to let me know that it was fixed and ready for a test drive. I came the next morning and the vehicle checked out. So, I pulled the trigger. Steve was flexible with down payment options since USAA wouldn’t cover the total amount which was unexpected. I still love USAA by the way. To keep a long story short, I’d recommend 2EZ Auto Sales to ANY ONE looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle with a no hassle buying experience.
