I purchased my first Ford at Fred Beans Newtown. Sales Guys worked with me to get the best deal. Informed me about some addition incentives and gave me top dollar for my trade in. (More than what the Chevy dealer offered me!) Since that purchase, 6 years ago, I’ve used their service dept. a multitude of times for routine and not so routine services. No complaints! Service is provided as expected. Never experienced any kind of up charges or markups. Sometimes they make recommendations but never felt pushy, or as if they are trying to sell me on something. Prices are pretty fair and they are always offering coupons or running specials. I would definitely recommend.
Working with Brian Martin was an absolute pleasure! Brian is extremely patient and non intrusive unlike many sales specialists working at other different dealerships I talked with about buying a very specific car - black hardtop Bronco Badlands Sasquatch. With Brian I never felt pressured to get a trim dealership had already available, thet would not meet my criteria. Brian stayed in touch with me while I traveled overseas keeping my BadSAS safe and ready for me to come back home which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. He and Charles Pavloff also made arrangents to have my aftermarket mudflaps installed fast and immediately before I left dealership in my new BadSAS. New, Ford F150, XLT, off-road, 2023 I would like to say that the Fred beans Ford team of Newtown made my experience of this new purchase. Amazing. My salesman John was outstanding, along with courteous. I would also like to say the financial department was also outstanding and courteous. They were able to find me the truck I was looking for and also get me the payment.
