2018 Ford Focus Hatch ST

My experience at Tempe Kia was extraordinary. Especially the person who helped me by the name of Toni Davis. My credit is not to good hell not good at all. And I went in there with a certain type of vehicle in mind. And she brought me back to reality, but with the first vehicle, she chose that I could work with. Was the perfect vehicle for me at this time. Her and Big (A-D) made this possible for me. So I am grateful for them and their efforts! I had a great experience, honestly it was the best car buying experience ive ever had. Im in my 40s, bought my 1st car at 20 so that says alot! The team really figured out a way to get me the car i wanted, they didnt pressure me into anything. They have strong relations with local banks so they were able to use my bad credit to get me into my dream car. They didnt know i desired a mustang. I knew my situation, so i was willing to take anything but i ended up with a beautiful ruby red mustang that fits me to a T! That you ACS for helping me get into something reliable and cute:) happy Holidays!!!

Although I did not end up getting a car from them, the experience was pretty good. Toni was attentive and an active listener. They aren't a buy here pay here so keep that in mind they are still credit based. But they have solid options so I'd recommend giving them a try.
