2015 Ford Focus

When I tell you this was the best experience buying a car, I absolutely mean it. I finally got the little family, sports car of my dreams. The 2015 Ford Focus ST-2. Even though I financed at my bank, they were totally okay with it. Moe was my Salesman, We had good communication during the process of getting what I had to done, and he was super willing and understanding! When I first checked out the car, Moe said I was free to check it out, test drive it, etc. The process was quick and easy. Moe made me feel like family just by being down to earth, joking around here and there, and being more human instead of a normal sales person would be like. I didn’t feel forced or pressured, just felt like getting business done and having fun while doing it. I was even running 30 minutes late from our time we scheduled coming from Chattanooga going through Knoxville Traffic, few bad wrecks, 30 minutes until they close and they wasn’t worried about it! Trust me when I say, this place is a MUST GO TO, if you’re interested in buying a car or a dream car. High quality condition of cars, great service, and the feeling of family. Mo helped me out with the sale. Made it very easy and even stayed after hours. To make sure everything was in order. I’ve had some issues with the Vehicle. Jr. has been taking care of the them. Also being very responsive both salesmen. All around good experience!
