2016 Ford Focus 5 Door Hatch ST

Jim, David and Matt were so pleasant to work with! They helped find a car that fit everything I asked for, and for such an affordable price, no crazy mark-ups. Super chill environment, especially after not so nice experiences at high pressure franchise dealerships. I’m so happy! 10/10 recommend going to Planet Auto!!

First of all, I'm not a fan of car dealerships. I always feel like a victim. As for Planet Auto Sales I would like to say I felt like I was family. Zero pressure kind sales people and an easy to find location. I purchased a Chevy Bolt from them and it's just been terrific! I will 100% buy my next car from these folks. Now on to some suggestions that would make this place even better. I recommend they install some ev fast chargers there like the kind Tesla sells that incorporate both CCS and NACS connectors. Also recommended a good car detailer to make sure the cars are relatively clean. My Bolt was lacking in that department. Anyway, 5 stars here!

I enjoyed my experience shopping with Planet Auto Sales. Felt no pressure and the staff was very clear and transparent with me. I test drove a few vehicles and decided to buy one. From the time I entered the lot to the time I left the lot in my new car was less than two hours including the time test driving. Awesome and efficient staff. One of them is also fluent in sign language which was a huge perk for me as a deaf customer.
