I saw a post for a Ford Excursion on Marketplace. I reached out and within minutes had a reply from Joey. He was very knowledgeable and extremely cooperative. I had numerous questions specific to the truck. He forwarded many photos to me and walked me through them in detail. In those instances where I still needed more information, he responded quickly and with zero negativity. I worked out a fair deal on the truck and they made the transaction as effortless as could be. After the deal was complete and I received the truck from transport, there were a couple of issues that went unnoticed. Since I had already purchased the truck I expected that I was just out of luck. I spoke with Joe, the owner, and after a very pleasant conversation he insisted that he make it right, and he did! I have never had a car deal go this smoothly before.
