2016 Ford Focus 5 Door Hatch ST

I recently bought an suv at this dealership. Overall, it was a very good experience. The dealer, Ronald, was friendly, helpful, honest, and straight to the point. The car I purchased was a very good price, and everything checked out perfectly at the mechanic. Ronald also made the process very easy with nothing hidden between the lines. He also went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. 100% would recommend.

I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating for the gentleman at PGA Automotive! Ronald was professional, honest, and friendly. I live out of town from the dealership, and he was more than accommodating. He met us at 11 o’clock at night after my shift at work to make the deal happen when he did not need to. He filled the gas tank before I got down there so that I would have a full tank to drive back home on. They cleaned the car beautifully and even applied a clear coat to make the car look pristine. He was very honest about the car itself, even telling me that the only minor thing he had found after his inspection was that the speakers may need to be worked on, which is something I have never experienced with buying a car, usually having things hidden from me that I discover later. Mr Ronald even called the next morning to get some more information from me, but the first thing he asked is if my family and I had made it home safely from our drive the night before in the new car. Ronald and his son were great throughout the entire purchasing experience, even willing to stay after hours for my appointment when I was running late, and working with my loan through VyStar. The car is great, but would recommend some more touchup/details before selling.
