2018 Ford Focus Hatch ST

I was extremely nervous going in to trade my car and honestly didn’t think I would be approved for a new one. From the time I got out of my car Doug came out and spoke with me and was very helpful in deciding what was reasonable for my family. The entire team made trading in my car such an easy process and got me into a beautiful Jeep. Chris and Kevin made the signing process seamless when I extremely anxious. I have never been more appreciative to a group of people as I am now for making the process easy for me and explaining things in a way that I actually understood. 100% recommend working with them!

Left my office and realized I had a flat tire. First turn I was able to take to pull over was in their parking lot. I was in the middle of calling my dad to please come help when two very nice gentlemen came out (Kevin & Douglas) and asked how they could help. These guys patched two holes from a screw and pumped up another one of my tires without blinking. When offered money, the manager Kevin refused and told me that Jesus wants us to help others. Really appreciated the kindness from these strangers at 5:50 PM when they were probably about to lock up for the night.
