I went in to get my key fobs reprogrammed As I was playing around with one from a distance to see that it worked a salesman walked up and asked me what I was doing, and I explained to him He could see that my car was old. It was a 2017. He asked me how would you like to drive in a newer car- with a bumper to bumper warranty. I laughed and said yes well with all the high interest rates and everything- I’m sure my credit is not perfect anymore so I don’t think that be possible. He said well I think it might be-If we have some thing that would work for you, let’s just check it out. I laughed and said well I don’t wanna waste your time and I think I would be. He replied don’t worry about that- This is my job. I said I like the rogue. Next thing you know, he pulled around a beautiful silver gray 2022 I think it is -Rogue We took a test drive and it was such a difference from my Nissan Armada, which was like driving a big white whale! But the Armada was luxurious, and this car was definitely sporty The gas mileage difference would save me about $100 a month -So I said well, go ahead let’s see what happens-But I don’t want to pay more than I’m paying now So they worked with me and came back with a figure and it was a little bit more than I wanted, so I said nope can’t do : it so they reworked it and got me where I needed to be. It was really quick and painless, and I drove the car home within the hour and I really do like it a lot. And Spencer was there for everything I asked about . When I was loading my stuff he said can I help you? He’s just an all-around nice guy-Which is unusual for a car salesman Then he sat in the car and showed me how to work everything-I’ve never had a used car salesman do that AFTER the sale! So I can highly recommend Monroe Nissan for buying a car and I would ask for Spencer because you’re gonna get the best service from him - And I think a pretty darn fair price too!
Having been a loyal customer of Hendrick Chevrolet/Cadillac in Monroe for a long time, Monroe Nissan had a vehicle that caught my attention. The overall experience was wonderful and highly recommend this dealership. Do yourself a favor and ask for Kevin Barbosa, too! Terrific salesperson with a keen eye for detail and great communication as well. No plans for this guy to return to Hendrick...hoping Kevin can find my wife a car now!
Spencer was awesome, from the minute we inquired about this car he was on it. When it was posted it was new and didn’t have pictures and he got my number and texted me personally with pictures. He got us exactly what we needed and treated us with kindness and humor. Definitely recommend this place.
