Chris has been amazing both during the car buying process and post sale. Our son found the car on-line. He turns 16 soon and we found the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek to be perfect for a first time driver. The buying process was easy and seamless. The most impressive thing is how Chris has helped after the car was purchased. We had an issue that was covered by the warrantee that Chris has you purchase BUT it was going to cost quite a bit out of pocket with the Subaru dealer. Chris personally went to the dealer and spoke to them. Then he recommended a local shop to do the work and we were out of pocket very little. Way to go Chris!!
