2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL

I have been looking for a used Expedition Max for several months. I came across Cleveland Ford and they had the largest inventory of well maintained previously owned Expeditions from North Carolina to Chattanooga, TN. I met Adam Anderson who had already pulled a vehicle off the line that fit my description and was waiting on me at the dealership. Adam was very personable and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for. We drove no less than three different SUV’s before settling on the one I purchased. The day I came to pick up my new ride I briny three dogs who love to go places with my wife and I. I believe the entire Cleveland Ford team came out to greet my fur buddies. They all treated me, my wife and pets with kindness. All in all, our buying experience was very low pressure and pleasurable.
