Christopher Cole my Germain Honda Service Advisor did a superb job for me and my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport. I needed a wheel alignment and Chris advised me to prepare for up to a two hour wait but said it may only be an hour. It took 40 minutes and I really appreciated the great job of setting my expectation correctly. That's hard to find in a service environment. The work was/is excellent and the car is tracking and driving perfectly once again. Thanks Chris and Germain for excellent service.
