2014 Ford C-Max Energi SEL

I recommend checking out this dealership!! In March 2025, we bought two cars for our young drivers. We estimate we spent about 30% less than what we would have had we bought clean title vehicles. Both cars looked fantastic inside and out. We worked with Serge, Russ, Dennis, and Alex. It was the best buying experience that I’ve had at a used car dealership (not 100% perfect but close enough for a 5 star rating). They answered my MANY questions and never once was I made to feel like I was taking too much of their time. We were given plenty of time to test-drive and inspect multiple cars without being hovered over. We were able to get information regarding the previous damage that had occurred. We were not pressured at all to make a fast decision. When we picked up the vehicles, there were a couple of small issues. However, they took care of them or if not - they were super minor and we could easily fix them on our own. Ten months into owning these vehicles, they continue to drive great and we’ve had no trouble whatsoever. Very happy we went this route.

I bought a Ford C-Max from North Imports LLC. My experience was very good. Low sales pressure. Very up front explaining salvage process. Came away with the feeling they do the best they can to help ensure the vehicles they sell have the best repairs possible done on them and try to test drive them thoroughly. They encouraged me to take my time test driving also and to look the C-Max thoroughly asking any questions. Nice not having someone pressuring you to buy or sell you extra services.
