Service department is top notch! I took my beloved EV in for recall service, Andrew and his crew did a fine job especially when my car was the first to get the recall done at Kevin’s Royal Ford. They gave me a loaner and cleaned the interior and exterior.
Kevin was beyond amazing! He sold my son and I a Ford Bronco & a Mini Cooper in 3 days time. His customer service was perfection! He offered to pick me up at Enterprise in Oneonta and personally drove me to Ford in Cooperstown to get my new Bronco. For my sons Mini Cooper, he came in on his day off and had the entire transaction done in less than 2 hrs… and had my son on the road with a smile on his face! Cooperstown Ford is an hour away from my home… but we’ll worth the drive!! So far I’m beyond Happy with my first ford!!! Thanks Kevin… YOU ROCK!
My vehicle was having issues, Ford offered a loaner vehicle and brought it to me, while mine was being fixed. They fixed my issues promptly. The service manager was great and provided all the info I needed about my vehicles problems.
