I bought my first car at Wheels Chitown and had the best experience. This dealership is small, homey, and welcoming. Danny has several years of experience as a car salesman at bigger dealerships and knows what he's doing. My favorite part was that I wasn't intensely pressured to buy immediately (high standard, I know -- but I experienced this at all the big dealerships I went to!). As a young woman making my first 4-digit purchase, I really appreciated this, as well as the dealership's readiness to adjust our deal for details we noticed: they replaced the worn tires at no additional cost, and gave me an IOU for the driver's seat because the height adjuster on it wouldn't move properly. I've had my Mazda for a month now and am so happy with it!

I’ve been looking for a car for a while. It was most definitely the best experience with wheels Chitown. They worked with me, and made sure I found something that was for me. And made sure I was satisfied. Didn’t rush me into picking what I want, went on at least 5 different test drives. Every car that I test drive I did like but everyone always has something that’s for them. I most definitely found the car that was for me. They had great customer service, I would make sure anytime I’m looking for a new car I know where to go they most definitely made me feel comfortable. One thing they did that no other dealer did was check different banks to compare and I’m extremely thankful.

I helped my girlfriend buy a 2010 Mazda CX-7 from there recently. They were incredibly helpful, up-front, and down-to-earth! Great business to work with and a fun environment! When we noticed a few issues with the car, they offered to fix it up for us and sell at the same price! They even replaced two tires at no extra charge.
