Excellent customer service! Ask for Aira, she's great. This place is not a shady used car place. Just bought a nice used 2011 car and it's perfect for the price. If you're in Navy and you need a point A point B car like me, then this is the place to go. They accept outside finance loans from Navy Fed, which is a green flag. I have to say that my experience with Town Auto was really good, despite some difficulties in my own situation. My wife and I have owned 3 MINI Coopers over the years. But I sold mine a few years ago, when we left the US. I really wanted to buy my FOURTH MINI cooper (!) when I saw it on the website, but I since live outside the US most of the time this was a bit of a challenge for Aiden. But he stepped up to the plate and helped me get it all done from far away. He was very patient and helpful. A good friend of mine was able to convey our payment for this beautiful MINI-S convertible and drive it home for me.
