I just wanted to thank Jack Garrett Ford for all of their help with my wife buying her car yesterday. Not just Ben her salesman but everybody at Jack Garrett. You guys have been nothing but good to us with our last couple of vehicle purchases. That dealership is the only place that I feel I could send her alone and know that she wouldn’t be taken advantage of being female. I feel that with any other place I would have had to go with her because I know how a lot of dealers can be. It’s not like that at Jack Garrett you make us feel like family. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all of the staff there it truly makes the whole vehicle buying process seem so much more relaxed and friendly. We will definitely return when we feel the need for another vehicle.

If they don’t have the current inventory, they will search around to find exactly what you are in the market for. They went all to Columbus and picked up my vehicle and I was diving it within 2 days. I have referred multiple people to purchase a vehicle and I, myself, have purchased 5. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them!

Service and sales department are both great. They’ve helped our family with the purchase and maintenance of our vehicles for years. They fixed our flat tire today in 15 minutes as well.
