Ken and his family are great to work with. We felt that they were honest and knowledgeable and really care about their customers. We showed up out of the blue wanting to look at a vehicle that was already sold. He asked us what type of vehicle we were looking for and ran us through his list of inventory. We were then interested in a Honda Pilot and quickly looked it over before taking it for a test drive. There were some (minor) cosmetic -which can be fixed- but the overall condition was great! All the features worked like it should and the vehicle itself ran smooth! I asked Ken if he could tighten the loose rear view mirror before I drive it home and it had been done before I got there. It’s been about 2 weeks I believe, and the vehicle is running strong and drives great on the snowy roads! Thank you so much Ken and family!
