Friend of mine had an issue but Josh was very thorough with explaining what was going on and was willing to come up with a fairly fair resolution for his customer. Some issues are just tough for business as well as the customer but he was willing to resolve best he could in an unfortunate, mechanical circumstance. honestly BEST automotive car place ever ! josh and brianna are the best they’re so cool, funny welcoming and more. and they explain things to make sure you don’t stress yourself out. i’m definitely driving hours plus to come back ANYDAY !

I’m so thankful for Quality automotive and Josh and Bre and the Ms. Barbara ! Even though I bought my car here as a buy here pay here and it was sold as is, they still looked out for me when I hit a pothole and needed help getting my car fixed. A lot of places would have told me I was on my own, but they didn’t. They worked with me, kept it professional, and made sure I was taken care of. That means a lot, especially when you’re putting your trust and money into a car.
