2003 Ford Mustang Premium

Went home with my practically brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla LE yesterday. The car is fantastic quality and I am so happy with my choice. Lazaro was the associate that helped throughout the process that lasted about five hours. He was patient and attentive (even bought me lunch haha!). 11/10

Very much deserved and without hesitation, In Line Auto Sales in Bonita Springs set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on a 2019 Mazda 3 Sedan, Laz was responsive, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. He answered every question, sent many detailed pictures, and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicle (unlike experiences I’ve had in my life with other used car lots and dealerships). Case in point, I’m in Mississippi and flying to Florida to receive the vehicle. In the course of communicating with me, Laz was very upfront, and transparent and identified some minor issues with the vehicle that might need to be addressed (it is a used car after all). While mechanically sound, I was concerned about the long drive back to Mississippi in the vehicle. With some planning and immediate response, Laz and the guys at In Line went out of their way to have some new tires I had sent to them mounted and balanced in addition to rectifying some of the other minor issues identified to give me complete peace of mind for my drive back home. Concerns alleviated!!! Their attention to detail and my satisfaction were unparalleled - going above and beyond in every aspect! 5 stars for this crew is not nearly enough praise. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Overall - Great team and a great experience!!! If you are in the market, definitely look them up. You most definitely will not be disappointed. :-)

I definitely recommend coming to this place it is absolutely amazing!! Very helpful and the place is clean and has good air conditioning. Their cars are legit!! Prices are good/fair… affordable. My first time coming to this place and I am happy with the car I just purchased also very pleased at how quick and kind they were helping me finance my car. 10/10!! : )
