2007 Ford Taurus SE (Fleet)

We bought our second BMW from Sandy Sansing last week and had a really great experience. Chris took us out for a test ride and did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle. After the test ride we set down and talked numbers and not one time did I feel that I was being pressured. They gave me a fair number for my trade and I was satisfied with the overall deal that we negotiated to. Everyone at the dealership was really nice and the showroom was super clean. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Chris and Sandy Sansing they treated me with the upmost professionalism and again was fair.

Upon meeting Ben Brooks at Sandy Sansing Mini from the first moment it was like having a conversation with a friend. He was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable but yet not overpowering. He was willing to take the time to entertain our curiosity over several models and was very patient while we worked through the decision process. Once we chose the model he was willing to check to see if there was availability at another dealership in the color and package that we were interested in. Not once in our interaction did he make us feel that we were bothering him or asking for too much. He was personable, polite, professional but down to earth the entire time. We had a wonderful experience. Lori is great. We ordered our BMW and Lori kept us updated and communicated regularly. I felt that she was just as excited as I was. The best experience I have had buying a car. I will definitely buy from Lori and recommend her to family and friends.
