Saxon was great to work with. I bought a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with 157000 miles from him just a few days ago for $8,000 out the door. One thing to know is that he doesn’t let you take the car to an outside mechanic, but he does let you bring your own mechanic to his shop and have the car put on a lift for a full inspection. On my first visit, my mechanic found a couple of leaks. Saxon didn’t argue about it or try to make excuses and fixed those leaks the following week. When I came back the second time, I decided not to bring my mechanic again because I felt comfortable enough to trust him. After I bought the car, I still took it to a very reputable mechanic for peace of mind, and they told me the car looked good and that the issues had been properly taken care of. He’s not really the type of dealer who negotiates much on price, but I’d rather pay a fair price for a good car than get a discount on a car with hidden problems. He told me my car will have a one-month guarantee on major issues, not details, and he will also take care of problems if they happen in the future at half price after the guarantee is over. I was honestly pretty nervous about buying from a dealer, especially because I was on a tight budget but my experience with Saxon was very positive, and I felt like he treated me fairly throughout the process.

Came back to update my review. Just picked up an awesome vehicle from Saxon & team (Trace rocks!). Bought a 2017 Ford Expedition at an awesome price. The vehicle is such a great upgrade over the Wrangler I was driving, and I no longer have a car payment! Saxon sources his inventory from outside of NYS, so there is no typical rust that you'd see on other used cars from this area. If you want a solid dependable vehicle at a very fair price, you absolutely must take the time to talk with him. Great honest used car dealer - and in my 40 some years of driving that's a rarity! Clean dependable cars at a fair price. Saxon & his team were awesome to work with!

My lady and I bought a used 2014 rav4 from Saxon at The Auto Exchange, our experience was top notch with the vehicle and a small issue we had with the radio was resolved after our purchase. We love our new/used vehicle from The Auto Exchange!
