2004 Ford Taurus SES

I asked a salesperson for help with my Ford Pass app. He said he would but had to finish with a customer first. I thought fine that’s reasonable but was waiting for 90 minutes for my vehicle to be serviced and he ignored me the whole time. Finally I asked the lady at the reception desk for help and she was gracious enough to help me.

Straight forward no nonsense Ford dealership! Very efficient buying process from inquiry to driving your new vehicle off their lot. Would highly recommend working with these folks.

Outstanding valet service! They were able to get my oil change scheduled same-week and even came to my house to pick up and drop off. Would recommend to everyone!
