We had a positive experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, and honest. The owner went out of his way to address the concerns I had based on the first test drive. I felt safe, we got a good deal, and our daughter is thrilled with the car. I would not hesitate to recommend. Update: about 3 weeks after we bought the car, it wouldn’t start. We had not purchased a warrantee, but the owner drove out to our house (almost 30 minutes each way) and fixed it for us for free! He found a loose clamp on the battery.
BJ and Samire provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond for me when I was purchasing my Honda Fit!!
