The next morning we drove 2 hours to check out the car and it was exactly what we were looking for. We filled out the paperwork and within less than 12 hours from contact to driving off the lot, we had the car we wanted. The staff at Shawnee-Mission Kia is fantastic and the process was simple and easy. We weren't subjected to any upsales and we didn't have to wait long for anything at all. We were given a fair price and the whole process from beginning to end was simple. Our sales person, Dennis, was fantastic. He walked us through everything, making our trade-in process simple, showing us features on our new Carnival that we hadn't been introduced to when we bought our Telluride from another dealership. Got the opportunity to work with Marvin Velasquez and was really impressed by how professional, patient, and kind he was.
